We are seeking a seasoned Regulatory Policy Specialist to navigate the complex landscape of government regulations and ensure compliance with our organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities Create and implement effective strategies for government relations, focusing on regulatory compliance and advocacy related to CADE and other relevant authorities. Monitor and analyze legislative and regulatory developments that impact the organization, providing timely insights and recommendations. Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and governmental bodies, including CADE, fostering strong relationships and communication channels. Advise senior management and internal teams on regulatory requirements, ensuring that business operations adhere to legal standards and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align regulatory strategies with business objectives, facilitating seamless integration of compliance into operational processes. Represent the organization in meetings, hearings, and negotiations with government officials and regulatory agencies. Promote awareness of regulatory risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard the organization's interests. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. They should have experience working with regulatory frameworks, particularly those related to CADE in Brazil. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in government affairs or a related field. Advanced knowledge of regulatory policies and procedures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
