Our mission is rooted in freedom, responsibility, and efficiency, enabling drivers to maximize productivity and enjoy more time with their families.**About the role****Responsibilities**- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accurate cash reporting.- Manage and reconcile accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) ledgers, ensuring all transactions are recorded and discrepancies resolved.- Track and allocate prepaid expenses, preparing related journal entries and schedules.- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes.- Maintain up-to-date records in QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting systems.- Prepare basic financial reports and assist in variance analysis and budget tracking.- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoicing and payment issues.- Support audits by providing required documentation and reconciling data.- Help ensure compliance with internal financial controls and accounting policies.**Requisitos**:- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or currently pursuing).- 1-3 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role.- Proven experience with bank, AR, and AP reconciliations.- Familiarity with prepaid expense accounting.- Proficient in QuickBooks Online or similar accounting platforms.- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups).- Fluent English**Extra qualifications**- Knowledge of basic financial analysis and reporting tools.- Experience with other ERP systems (e.g., Xero, NetSuite, SAP) is a plus.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.- Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in the finance field.- Intermediate-Advanced ExcelBenefícios- Health and dental plan- Paid vacation- Holidays off- Flash card (supermarket and restaurants)- Annual bonus based on both company and individual performance- Eligibility to the LTIP (Long Term Incentive Plan)
