Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate has experience in multi-channel marketing, content creation, analytics, and campaign optimization.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms (social media, email, paid ads, SEO, and content marketing).
  • Work with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and sales goals.
  • Optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Create compelling marketing content, including blog posts, website copy, social media posts, and video scripts.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop engaging visuals and promotional materials.
  • Implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and organic traffic.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Monitor and adjust ad performance based on data-driven insights.
  • Manage social media accounts, posting engaging content and responding to comments.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies that drive brand awareness and audience growth.
  • Identify trending topics and real-time opportunities for brand engagement.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
  • Optimize email sequences for open rates, CTR, and conversions.
  • Use CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to segment audiences and personalize outreach.
  • Track key marketing metrics (ROI, conversion rates, engagement rates) and optimize campaigns based on data.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEMrush to measure success.
  • Provide reports and recommendations to improve marketing performance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or campaign management.
  • Proven track record of executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize campaigns.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
