As a Senior Tech Lead, you will spearhead technical initiatives, lead development teams, make architectural decisions, and ensure high-quality delivery while mentoring team members. What You Will DoLead the technical strategy for React and Node.js projects. Mentor and guide development teams, fostering growth and collaboration. Make architectural decisions and establish standards. Implement best practices in development and testing. Drive innovation in solutions and processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals. What We Are Looking For7+ years of experience with React and Node.js. Proficiency in Agile methodologies. Deep knowledge of Design Patterns and IT infrastructure. Strong application security expertise. Experience in large-scale application development and integration. Backend and frontend development skills. Experience with code reviews, CI/CD pipelines. Excellent client and stakeholder communication skills.
