Responsibilities Manage the operation of labeling projects that deliver training/testing data for machine learning models, with the goal of optimizing users' search results. Act as project owner, undertaking tasks throughout the project lifecycle, including project planning, quality and performance standards design, risk assessment, and ensuring project targets are achieved. Collaborate closely with the global data service team on project implementation, resource management, quality assurance, and optimization initiatives. Conduct ROl analysis and regular reviews based on model performance, driving optimizations to improve quality, efficiency, and cost savings for higher ROI. Anticipate risks, prepare risk management procedures, and respond to unexpected issues in a timely manner. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience. Work experience in search engines and social media platforms; former experience in search relevant business. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in social media within a high-growth environment. High proficiency in Portuguese is required. Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree or above preferred. Proven experience in cross-functional work and stakeholder management. Strong analysis and communication skills with flexibility. Solid experience in project management, project operation, or familiarity with users' Internet usage habits. #J-18808-Ljbffr
