Senior Test Automation Engineer – Center of Excellence (CoE) We invite an experienced Senior Test Automation Engineer to join our global payment technology team. In this role you will design testing frameworks, define automation standards, and build QA processes adopted across multiple products and teams. What’s in it for you Help build a high‑impact CoE project for a top S&P 500 payments company Shape QA practices and frameworks from the ground up, strengthening enterprise‑wide testing processes Expand your expertise in performance/resiliency testing, test data management, and GRC compliance while working hands‑on with JavaScript, AWS, Azure, CI/CD, and Kubernetes Is that you? 5+ years of experience in software automation testing Hands‑on experience in automation framework and test script development Strong expertise in performance/resiliency testing of enterprise systems Hands‑on experience with test data management and GRC compliance Strong programming skills, especially JavaScript (or ability to switch between languages) Deep understanding of core software engineering concepts Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure) and CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of test automation strategies, QA best practices, QA metrics/tools Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively solve technical challenges Effective communication and collaboration with client teams and stakeholders Upper‑Intermediate+ English level Desirable Experience building automation frameworks and QA processes from the ground up Exposure to containerized environments and cloud‑native technologies Mentorship experience or willingness to support teams and help establish best practices Key responsibilities and your contribution Design and implement automated testing solutions, build QA frameworks, and help establish best practices across teams and products as part of our CoE initiative Develop and maintain automated tests for core services and critical workflows across enterprise products Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for smooth, efficient deployment Implement performance, resiliency, and compliance (GRC) testing as needed Manage and maintain test data to support reliable test coverage Contribute to defining QA best practices and improving automation processes for the CoE initiative Collaborate with client teams and stakeholders to align QA practices with project goals Mentor peers and share knowledge to help establish effective QA practices What we offer 99.9% remote – work from anywhere in the world 30 paid days off per year (vacations, personal time) 5 paid sick days, up to 60 days of medical leave, and up to 6 paid days off for major family events Partially covered health insurance after probation and wellness bonus for gym memberships, sports nutrition, etc. after 6 months Pay in U.S. dollars and cover all approved overtime English lessons, Dev.Pro University programs, and fun online activities and team‑building events Opportunities for growth and learning in a global company that values fairness, high standards, openness, and inclusivity Next steps Submit a CV in English Intro call with a Recruiter Internal interview Client interview Offer #J-18808-Ljbffr
