Achieve extraordinary things when you join our team, and make a difference in your professional development, the community, and around the globe****Primary Purpose of this Position**:The role has considerable scope to make a difference at Ball by ensuring the quality of products from manufacturing (Final inspection pallet) to arrival at the customer. Including external warehouses that are part of the operation. All storage, loading and arrival at the customer must be safe from any food safety.**What will you be responsible for?**- Promote and manage a quality culture in our internal and external warehouses and transport sites to ensure compliance with our product quality standards.- Direct management of the Post Manufacturing.- Implement and improve the storage, inspection, loading and unloading processes of our products, reducing losses and ensuring quality delivery to the customer.- Share and implement best practices from other regions to standardize processes.- Ensure and drive compliance with food safety requirements.- Develop improvement projects together with factory teams to improve our post manufacturing quality performance in the region.- Coordinate internal audits together with teams.- Engage teams in process automation and more efficient logistics.- Ensure compliance with the company's Code of Ethics and Conduct, the Disciplinary Regime and the company's standards, policies and programs, as well as Information Management in specific Human Resources systems, aiming to comply with labor, union and environmental standards, health and safety.**What are we looking for?**- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering/Operations or related discipline.- Experience working with Manufacturing Process and Quality or manufacturing responsible.- Experience with Quality tools, ISO Series Standards.- Statistical Process Control (CEP - Advanced).- Knowledge of Six Sigma tools.- Lead quality auditor (ISO series standards).- English medium-advanced level.- Spanish Medium level is a differential.- MS Office.**Additional Information**- Location: São José dos Campos/SP or cities where there are Ball plants based.- Availability to travel.
