Role Purpose The Retail Environment Manager – Drugstores is responsible for developing and managing the retail environment strategy (Drugstores) and the corresponding 7Ps, drawing on experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Sales. This role collaborates with Consumer Marketing, Retail Shopper Insights, Category Management, and Customer Development to develop strategies and execution tactics for categories and brands within this Retail Environment. Responsibilities Store segmentation and go-to-market Identification of the shopper mission in the retail environment Evaluation of Colgate-Palmolive and category performance in the channel, definition of strategies and objectives Definition of 5Ps strategies and tactics by retail environment Definition of objectives, coordination of activities, and expense management Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Experience in the drugstore retail environment in Trade Marketing, Commercial, or Retail Marketing Advanced English Knowledge of Nielsen, Neogrid, IQVIA, etc. Our Commitment to Inclusion Our journey begins with our people—developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to best serve our consumers and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
