Who We AreThe RoleYou will be responsible for defining the long term vision for the product and have a strong role in product development on our platforms, collaborating extensively with software engineers, designers and business experts. Lead structured data-driven conversations with all involved areas to consolidate a product vision with a focus on customer experience; Establish data-driven product roadmap, define development priorities, build the breakdown of objectives into key results (OKR's), keep the development priority list up to date; Search for product opportunities that can take our business to the next level and solve our customers' needs, balancing short and long term value creation in alignment with company strategy; Explore solutions that can capture these opportunities, using prototypes to reduce risk before writing code, leading squads by influence and setting clear priorities to deliver projects;What You’ll Do- Identify and understand the value to the customer;- Understanding the pains, mapping opportunities to solve the problems with market vision;- Know and map the best ways to provide the best customer experience;- Work with information in numbers for decision making and presentation to stakeholders;- Provide clear vision to the team about the need for new features to ensure assertiveness and quality of delivery;- Support the creation of epics and create user stories;- Prioritize and refine the product backlog;- Participate in the ceremonies and ensure the strategic alignment of the business and technology areas;- Identify and create acceptance criteria;- Act as a facilitator between the Business and IT areas;- Be responsible for the execution of digital transformation projects;- Develop innovative tools to deliver the best experience for platform users.What You’ll Bring- Completed Education;- Previous experience as Product Analyst;- Experience with parts supply market, e-commerce or B2B e-procurement;- Knowledge in agile methodologies;- Experience in product design and evolution;- Knowledge in product discovery and design;- Ability to relate to internal areas, partners and suppliers;- Notions of technology for building solutions;- Analytical profile;- Knowledge in excel, JIRA, Confluence and MIRO;- Logical reasoning.
