Senior Ecommerce Product Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of our product and drive business growth. Product Manager We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager to join our team and take ownership of analyzing our conversion funnel in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and negotiating with Japanese rail partners. This role requires a deep understanding of customer behavior, market trends, and competitor analysis. Requirements: Able to analyze complex data sets and identify key insights Excellent communication and negotiation skills, particularly in Japanese 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in consumer e-commerce (D2C or B2C) Hands-on experience with GA4 and e-commerce fundamentals Proven ability to optimize user experience and drive conversions Nice to Have: Experience in travel/tourism/hospitality industry Technical background with proficiency in data analysis tools Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders Experience working with Asian business partners Job Responsibilities: Analyze our GA4 setup to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase conversions Conduct user research and interviews to understand customer needs and preferences Map every click from Google search to booking confirmation to optimize user journey Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to drive business decisions Develop and implement strategies to achieve product-market fit for JapanDen.com through user research and behavioral analysis Design and launch new features to improve user experience and drive revenue growth Travel to Japan to negotiate with rail company partners and drive business partnerships Benefits: 20-25 days holiday + local public holidays Pension/retirement contribution Japan travel fully covered (2x yearly, 3-5 days each trip) Flexible working hours (core overlap with UK business hours) Home office stipend Professional development budget
