WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Drive product development of the Records Management System (RMS) and related sub-products, focusing on enhancing usability, quality, and feature set;
  • Collaborate with Product Management to understand requirements, create estimates, plan sprints, and meet delivery timelines;
  • Develop a clean, reusable client integration system following secure cloud software best practices;
  • Contribute to technical documentation and automated build and deployment processes to increase engineer efficiency.
MUST HAVE
  • Proven experience of technical end-to-end product ownership and ability to meet deadlines;
  • 3+ years of experience as a Frontend Web Developer (React );
  • 3+ years of experience as a Back End Developer (Java );
  • High proficiency in Typescript ;
  • Proficiency in contemporary frontend bundlers , package managers , and build tools ;
  • Knowledge of or prior experience with microservices architecture ;
  • Upper-Intermediate English level.
NICE TO HAVES
  • Experience building software in the cloud;
  • AI-assisted development experience, using tools like Windsurf, Cursor, or similar.
