This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in finance and accounting within a dynamic work environment. The intern will support various financial processes, reporting, and analysis tasks, playing a key role in maintaining the accuracy of financial data and assisting the finance team in day-to-day operations.**Key Responsibilities**:- Assist in preparing and analyzing financial statements, reports, and budgets.- Support the finance team in daily accounting tasks such as data entry, reconciliations, and processing invoices.- Conduct financial analysis using Excel, including data manipulation, pivot tables functions.- Help with month-end and quarter-end financial close processes.- Compile financial data for internal and external reporting.- Participate in financial audits by organizing and reviewing necessary documents.- Assist with expense tracking, budget monitoring, and forecasting activities.- Perform ad hoc financial research and analysis as required by the finance team.**Required Skills and Qualifications**:- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, including experience with formulas, pivot tables.- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.- Basic knowledge of accounting principles is a plus.**What we offer**:- Competitive compensation and benefits- Positive and exciting work environment, with a culture built on values of integrity, respect and collaboration.- Dynamic, fast-growing company where you can grow as far as your vision and curiosity leads you.- Flexible hybrid office- CIAL provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
