Job Overview Evaluate and supervise current Channel Partners, as well as discover, cultivate, and coordinate new Channel Partners / distributors to improve our market reach in target markets. The goal is to drive sales of Air Quality products into a vast array of industries for LATAM. We are looking for a professional who can develop and close relationships with key target end customers. This role requires collaboration with Commercial, Product Management and Services Teams. We need someone who can provide technical and commercial support and quotations to distributors, partners and customers in the LATAM region. Achieve sales targets for the region and channel partners in line with key selling objectives. Support the implementation of regional strategic and commercial plans to accomplish growth targets. Provide input to conceive, define, and implement promotional tools and sales tactics to drive growth. Gather feedback, information, market intelligence, and recommendations to improve market penetration and orders growth. Handle weekly / monthly forecasting routines and update CRM (Salesforce.com) with strategic data of customers.
