Frontend Tech Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Frontend Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge frontend solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in frontend technologies, leadership experience, and a deep understanding of software development best practices. Responsibilities Integration and Testing: Lead integration efforts, end-to-end (E2E) testing, and visual regression testing. Cloud and Testing Practices: Leverage AWS services such as AppSync, Lambda, CloudFront, and S3, while ensuring robust unit testing practices. CI/CD and DevOps: Oversee Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Promote DevOps practices for efficient and automated software development processes. Design Patterns and Clean Code: Champion the use of design patterns and enforce a commitment to writing clean, maintainable code. Ensure adherence to best practices in software development with a focus on delivering high-quality code. Frontend Development: Utilize over 6 years of solid experience in developing web applications using React and TypeScript. Build scalable and performant frontend solutions that enhance user experience. Architectural Expertise: Provide in-depth knowledge of software development best practices and the design of scalable architectures. Implement high-quality, high-performance solutions. Communication and Agile Methodologies: Exhibit outstanding communication skills, fostering collaboration within the team and across departments. Guide the team in agile methodologies and collaborative development approaches. Version Control and Deployment: Manage version control tools, build systems, and continuous deployment processes effectively. Ensure strong operational quality management within the team.
