The role will also focus on achieving and developing strong functional relation with various stakeholders. We invite you to be part of something bigger.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES****Key accountabilities: For Latam region*** Lead part of Latam VMD Operations - Drive the BAU activities seamlessly through the 3PSP and hold them accountable to deliver the agreed TAT (Turnaround time) and in achieving the customer satisfaction score* Maintain compliance with all Regulatory and GFCF/SOX controls* Partner with PEC, Design and IT team to improve the process and deliver Global Initiatives* Manage projects concurrently, using prioritization and time management skills to meet deadlines consistently.* Partner with internal teams to simplify the process and improve the Data quality standards to align with the industry best standards and Organisation requirements* Manage Finance approver for Latam countries in velocity (vendor onboarding tool)* Be an SME to streamline and implement solutions to increase efficiencies**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS*** Bacheloor’s Degreed Completed;* Subject matter - Knowledge across Vendor master data management/Source to Pay process;* Operations – Strong experience on Shared service operating model - best-in-class process models, New technology etc;* Service provider management - Good understanding of managing & governing Outsourced service provider teams;* Work experience in Operations - Shared service organization/ Service provider across Source to pay/Master data management/Procurement.**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS*** Stakeholder management – Clear articulation of vision/ objectives/ ways to meet them;* Business Acumen;* Agility;* Stakeholder Management;* Global Mindset.**At Unilever, inclusion is at the heart of everything we do.** We welcome applicants from all walks of life and are committed to creating an environment where everyone can thrive/succeed.
