Responsibilities:

  1. Solve customers’ technical problems and complaints promptly.
  2. Collaborate with Sales & Technical Support Specialists in troubleshooting problems.
  3. Run correlation studies and validations in coordination with the customer if/as required.
  4. Conduct customer training.
  5. Visit clients regularly and provide feedback to the sales team.
  6. Participate in regional and national conference calls by updating technical issues.
  7. Other tasks arranged by the company.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Clinical Medicine, Biotech, Pharmacy, or other related subjects; a master's degree would be preferred.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in the IVD Application area, with a preference for immunology, biochemistry, or molecular biology.
  3. Able to use English as a working language.
  4. Good communication skills and a strong work ethic.
