O assistente administrativo de SCO é responsável por garantir a execução das atividades relacionadas a emissão de notas fiscais da Novonesis Araucária e Novonesis Quatro Barras, relacionadas às operações de envio e recebimento de cargas entre os armazéns externos e empresa. Será escopo desta função também, as Notas fiscais relacionadas ao recebimento de produtos importados, envio aos clientes e gerenciamento de vale pedágio para as transportadoras, assim como outros tipos de Notas e processos administrativos relacionados a Notas.
1. Geração de Notas Fiscais (NFs):
Emitir NFs diárias para as operações do Armazém Externo, desde o recebimento de embalagens, produtos importados, movimentações entre fábrica, armazém externo e o envio de produtos finais aos clientes.
2. Gerenciamento de Importações:
Concentrados: Fazer o processamento das atividades de recebimento de concentrados, emitindo as NFs e a impressão e envio de rótulos ao armazém.
Produtos importados: Fazer o processamento das atividades de recebimento de importações, emitindo as NFs correspondentes.
Responsável por dar suporte às requisições de compras e compras diversas do departamento (indiretos) junto à área de Procurement e fazer o acompanhamento das entregas. Resolver problemas relacionados aos seus processos, preencher KPIs e apresentar resultados.
