Chief Architect Position Summary The organization is seeking a seasoned Chief Technology Officer to drive technological transformation, ensuring technology and business advance in lockstep. This executive will lead the modernization of the technology stack, leveraging Microsoft technologies, and deliver high-uptime solutions for regulated clients. Main Challenges and Assignments Drive digital transformation: Spearhead the migration from legacy Oracle + .NET Framework to .NET 7 and private cloud, maintaining near-100% uptime. Align entrepreneurial ambition with scalable execution: Balance Visionary leadership with operational accountability across teams, implementing EOS model principles. Transform a maturing technology organization into a disciplined, data-driven operation. Build cohesion and leadership depth: Align four technical verticals into a cohesive, high-performing structure. Required Skills and Qualifications Technology leadership: Proven experience leading technology or engineering teams in SaaS, fintech, payments, or financial software environments. Transformation delivery: Demonstrated ability to lead modernization programs, architecture redesign, or scalability initiatives. Systems architecture expertise: Deep knowledge of Microsoft technologies (.NET Framework, .NET 6/7, C#, SQL/Oracle) and infrastructure (on-premises and private cloud).
