Job Overview Luxoft has a leading position in the Murex market. We deliver end-to-end project services, including implementation, integration, upgrade, and migration. We have successfully completed over 200 Murex projects across various asset classes and sectors. Key Responsibilities: Environment Operations Specialist: Deploy and manage Murex software for client projects using Murex tools and scripts. Perform initial checks before delivering products. Provide first-level support for deployed Murex products, redirecting issues to corresponding teams. Ensure optimal system performance by conducting health checks and diagnostics (RAM, CPU, processes, etc.). Automate routine tasks. Migrating customer databases. Sanitize and purge databases. Execute and stabilize migration sequences. Developing Methodologies and Procedures: Contribute to creating environment and configuration management methodologies, conversion processes, communication workflows, and templates. Customize and document installation procedures and conversion/upgrades. Deliver training and best practices for clients and project teams. Manage internal streams: create tools, measure KPIs, and analyze potential issues. Collaboration and Communication: Ensure effective collaboration with project teams. Collaborate closely with clients. Capitalization and Product Evolution: Capture non-client-related issues. Feed back to product teams and follow up on defects/issues. Required Skills and Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology Engineering (or related field). Experience with scripting languages. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Strong communication skills. Knowledge of technical specifications. XML manipulation expertise. UNIX Operations expertise with command-line knowledge. RDMS Operations knowledge. Understanding of financial markets.
