The team is based in Brazil and the USA, and most communication is in English. The position is fully remote. What we are looking for1 proactive Mid-level professional who can navigate between technology and business contexts, is comfortable in fast-paced environments, and has strong communication skills. Strong Java expertise and service/server development experience. Proven experience with the Spring framework. Familiarity with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Proven experience with web development and REST API. Docker expertise. Advanced or fluent English. Familiarity with Azure and EntraID or an understanding of web security is a plus. An academic background (MSc or PhD) is a plus. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain software solutions, balancing technology and business needs. Collaborate with Brazil and USA-based teams; communicate with clients when appropriate. Contribute to learning, innovation, and adopting new technologies. Adapt to a remote, distributed work environment and maintain high-quality standards.
