Como Analista de Quality Assurance, você será peça-chave na construção de soluções robustas, colaborando com times internacionais e propondo melhorias contínuas nos processos. Skills and Experiences Experiência comprovada em Quality Assurance e automação de testes. Conhecimento sólido em metodologias, ferramentas e processos de QA. Experiência com frameworks de automação (ex: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright). Familiaridade com pipelines de CI/CD e sistemas de controle de versão (ex: Git, Azure DevOps). Excelente comunicação em inglês (avançado a fluente) – necessário para interação diária com equipes internacionais. Capacidade de atuar em um ambiente dinâmico, colaborativo e multicultural. Perfil analítico e atenção aos detalhes. Diferenciais Experiência com ferramentas de teste de performance (ex: JMeter, LoadRunner). Conhecimento em plataformas de nuvem (ex: Azure, AWS). Certificação ISTQB ou similar. Executar tarefas de forma independente, com mínima supervisão. Participar ativamente de discussões e cerimônias ágeis da equipe. Colaborar com developers, gerentes de produto e demais stakeholders para definir requisitos de testes e garantir alinhamento com os objetivos do projeto. Projetar, desenvolver e manter scripts automatizados de teste para garantir ampla cobertura de testes. Identificar, documentar e acompanhar bugs e problemas, assegurando sua resolução em tempo hábil. Propor soluções inovadoras para desafios do dia a dia e contribuir com melhorias de processo.
