Senior DevOps Engineer

Senior DevOps Engineer – Feegow (100% remote friendly in Brazil) We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to support the evolution of our platform. You will contribute to initiatives that improve the scalability, reliability, observability, and security of our systems, proactively identifying bottlenecks and unlocking the autonomy of the entire engineering team. Responsibilities Maintain and evolve infrastructure and deployment pipelines. Collaborate with engineering teams on architectural decisions and production‑readiness practices. Work on complex, high‑impact projects such as our global infrastructure expansion. Promote a culture of observability, automation, and operational excellence through example and collaboration. Collaboration & Leadership Support engineering squads on DevOps topics, providing guidance when needed. Share best practices on CI/CD, observability, incident response, and production reliability. Partner with SRE, platform, and product teams to unlock delivery and reliability goals. Participate in architectural discussions, ensuring scalability, security, and operational readiness. Mentor and support team members on platform topics to increase autonomy. Assist SREs during investigations to enhance production efficiency and reliability. Infrastructure & Automation Use and understand AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), ArgoCD, and Terraform. Evolve and maintain CI/CD pipelines for fast and safe deployments. Automate repetitive tasks and improve system resilience. Observability & Incident Management Improve monitoring and alerting culture with tools like Datadog. Lead post‑mortems and enforce continuous improvement from incidents. Define and maintain SLAs, SLOs, and system health indicators. Monitoring Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability. Maintain necessary alerting around your team’s systems. Security & Compliance Champion DevSecOps practices and mitigate risks proactively. Enforce security baselines and compliance across systems. Expectations Strong hands‑on experience in DevOps focused on infrastructure, CI/CD, reliability, and automation. Experience improving infrastructure and reliability in complex systems. Proficiency with Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, CI/CD, and observability tooling. Experience with service ownership, incident management, and root cause analysis. Ability to influence teams and drive DevOps best practices in a growing organization. Proactive mindset, sense of urgency, and strong communication skills. Qualifications Proficiency with Terraform. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Understanding of AWS services. Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as ArgoCD. Hands‑on experience with DataDog and related monitoring. Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills. English communication at B2 level. Knowledge of security best practices and compliance. Nice to Have Experience in regulated environments (healthcare, finance). Mentoring junior engineers and fostering a DevOps culture.>\ Exposure to multi‑region, multi‑cloud, or hybrid infrastructure.
