We are currently selecting an Executive Assistant to join a fast-paced, dynamic international scaleup , supporting the CEO and Founder. In this role, you will work remotely as a strategic partner to leadership. This is an ideal position for a proactive, organized professional looking to work closely with C-level management in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence: efficiently manage complex calendars, international travel logistics, and inbox triage to ensure the CEO’s day-to-day runs smoothly. Strategic Support: act as a partner to the CEO by leading ad-hoc business projects, conducting market research, and preparing briefing materials to support decision‑making. Communication & Reporting: prepare high-quality presentations (decks), reports, and meeting minutes for board meetings and internal strategy sessions. Force Multiplier: facilitate cross‑functional communication and handle operational roadblocks, allowing leadership to focus on high‑impact strategy.

Requirements

Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Tech‑savvy: proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and productivity tools like Notion. Demonstrated ability to use AI tools effectively to increase efficiency is highly valued.

Proactive mindset: you are a problem solver who addresses issues before they become emergencies. High emotional intelligence and professional discretion.
