What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Guide clients through complex research needs with sophisticated online survey design
  • Deliver bespoke insights and innovative approaches that delight clients
  • Mentor and coach junior team members in market research methodologies
  • Train new customers on the software to encourage independent usage
  • Act as a trusted partner to ensure effective integration of software into clients' daily operations
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, social sciences, psychology, or a related field with a focus on market research, marketing, or statistics
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in survey-based marketing research
  • Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of study and questionnaire design
  • Proficiency in quantitative methods such as A/B tests, MaxDiff, TURF, Conjoint, Van Westendorp, and Implicit/System 1
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure

  • Experience in consulting and strong communication skills with a persuasive presence
  • Passion for quantitative market research and familiarity with agile software technologies
