Monitor and analyze capacity-related and customer experience data across cities, quickly identify issues, and propose optimization solutions. Develop and improve capacity monitoring reports, ensuring timely, accurate, and visualized data to support business decisions. 2.Cross-Department Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with other business teams to drive improvements in capacity and customer experience. 3.Strategy Support and Execution:
Participate in the development and optimization of city management strategies, following up on execution results.Requirements：1.Data Analysis Skills:
Solid data analysis and problem-solving abilities. Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus. 2.Operational Knowledge:
Understand the operational processes of food delivery and demonstrate the ability to optimize them. Previous experience in project management or city operations is preferred. 3.Communication and Collaboration Skills:
Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to foster good relationships and drive progress in cross-functional teams. Good command of English, with the ability to create reports and deliver presentations. 4.Learning and Adaptability:
Willing to learn new knowledge and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Experience in capacity or customer experience data analysis is a plus.
