Key responsibilities include setting up and configuring Tableau servers on various premises and cloud platforms, preferably AWS. The ideal candidate will have experience with server upgrades and parameter changes, proficiency in connecting Tableau to different data sources, extracting data from these sources, managing user permissions, security, and access within Tableau environments.

Troubleshooting Tableau performance issues and optimizing dashboards is also a key requirement. A strong understanding of Tableau architecture, including workbooks, data sources, extract refresh schedules, and server maintenance is essential.

Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of IT experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Tableau Servers
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills
  • Ability to explain and understand problems effectively
