Principais atividades desempenhadas por esta posição:
- Realizar as análises, sob supervisão, via sistemas corporativos, das variáveis diversas, incluindo causa raiz, de baixa complexidade dos itens em excesso e obsoleto, com base no inventário atual, pedido de compra e demanda carregada.
- Analisar a causa raiz de baixa complexidade dos itens em excessos e obsoleto para as reuniões internas.
- Analisar as oportunidades de redução da exposição de estoques de materiais, com base nos passos de mitigação definidos pela gestão.
- Publicar internamente o resultado das análises realizadas de itens em excesso e obsoleto, para o time de materiais e comercial.
- Preencher o relatório de risco para divulgação semanal para a área financeira.
- Definir os riscos financeiros para a empresa e cliente em reuniões específicas, quando aplicável.
- Abrir ações junto ao sistema informatizado para os itens “TOP´s” em excesso e obsoleto.
- Estes são os requisitos necessários:
- Inglês Intermediário;
- Ensino Superior completo;
- Pacote Office Avançado.
- Mais alguns conhecimentos desejados:
- Conhecimento ou experiência na área de planejamento ou compras
