Job Overview: The Enablement Process & Curriculum Operations Manager is a strategic role responsible for developing and implementing operational processes, training curricula, and content operations. This hands-on position requires attention to detail, execution discipline, and management responsibilities. In the short term, this professional will create content to support operational processes, while over time building up their own team. Process Documentation Translate informal processes into clear documentation, SOPs, and structured modules. Maintain an organized, version-controlled process repository. Ensure internal methodologies are accurately documented and regularly updated. Template Governance Own the lifecycle and organization of templates, including materials, go-to-market assets, and internal consulting documents. Audit and update templates on a defined cadence. Enforce consistency, version control, and internal standards for all materials. Maintain a centralized template library that is easy for consultants to access and navigate. Training Curriculum Development Convert existing training materials into structured LMS modules. Build quizzes, assessments, practice exercises, and progress tracking workflows. Maintain curriculum versions and ensure training content remains aligned to current methodology. Support training execution logistics, including material preparation, assignments, and communications. Onboarding Coordination Develop a structured onboarding flow for new consultants. Ensure every new hire follows the correct learning path and completes required modules. Track onboarding progress and report on readiness or gaps. Provide execution support to team members leading training sessions. Learning Path Compliance Monitoring Track consultant participation in learning paths. Follow up on incomplete modules and escalate when needed. Maintain dashboards or tracking sheets for enablement completion. Ensure training compliance is consistently monitored and documented.
