1. Role Overview The General Counsel will serve as the primary legal advisor to the company's Brazilian operations. This role will provide strategic legal guidance on all aspects of the business — including regulatory, corporate, labor, competition/antitrust, consumer, commercial, compliance, and litigation — to enable the successful launch and sustainable growth of the company's food delivery platform in Brazil. The GC will be part of the local leadership team and act as a trusted partner to the Country General Manager, ensuring that business strategies align with Brazilian law and global corporate governance standards. 2. Key Responsibilities Strategic & Advisory Act as a key legal advisor to senior management on all strategic initiatives, expansion plans, and business partnerships in Brazil. Structure and negotiate high-value commercial contracts (restaurant, courier, and supplier agreements). Support the setup of local corporate entities and governance structures. Manage regulatory and legislative engagement with relevant authorities. Regulatory & Competition Law Advise on competition compliance with Brazilian competition/antitrust laws (Law 12.529/2011). Manage potential CADE filings, investigations, or commitments (TCCs). Manage potential court litigation of compeition law issue. Monitor digital-platform and consumer-protection regulations affecting food delivery services. Operational Legal Support Manage draft, review, and negotiate agreements with restaurants, delivery partners,
