As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will lead a part of the manufacturing operation in Contagem, playing a crucial role as a provider of the final product and integrating the EHS, Materials, Quality, Planning and Logistics sectors. Responsibilities Plan and implement detailed production schedules to meet volume demands and client internal and external needs. Coordinate manufacturing processes with EHS, Quality, Engineering, Materials, Planning and Logistics teams to ensure production meets established metrics (safety, quality, cost and deadline). Develop tactical and operational plans, translate strategic directives into practical actions, program resources, optimize production and reduce costs, manage absences and waste. Execute day‑to‑day production, solve operational problems, monitor production progress with KPIs, identify risks and implement contingency plans. Allocate resources according to tactical and operational plans, monitor equipment performance, coordinate preventive maintenance to guarantee continuous and safe operation. Develop, guide and motivate the manufacturing team, promote a collaborative and motivating environment, set clear goals, evaluate performance with constructive feedback and direct individual development plans. Identify and implement continuous improvement in production processes, applying lean manufacturing practices to optimize operations, increase safety and reduce costs while maintaining quality. Promote communication among production, materials, logistics, engineering and quality areas, ensuring alignment and effective problem resolution. Provide regular reports to the Director of Operations on progress, challenges and manufacturing accomplishments. Qualifications Full‑time, Mid‑Senior level. Complete undergraduate degree; desirable postgraduate degree in Business Management. Solid experience in operations (manufacturing, production and maintenance) and in a leadership position, preferably in industry and manufacturing. Knowledge of ERP systems, assessment and definition of productive processes, lean production methodologies and quality control.
