Recruitment Assistant (Fluent English) | 100% Remote

• R$3,500 / month
• 100% remote – support U.S. recruitment operations

• Collaborate with client recruiting teams to source and pre-qualify candidates
• Screen candidate profiles and assess interest / availability via calls and emails
• Keep databases updated (Dynamics, Recruiter, internal systems)
• Draft and update job descriptions and role specifications
• Identify talent from job boards, databases, referrals, and online platforms
• Schedule and conduct candidate interviews independently
• Support the team with administrative recruitment tasks

• Fluent English (C1) – excellent written and spoken communication
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Computer setup suitable for remote work + high-speed internet
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Familiarity with Recruiter, Dynamics, or other ATS tools
• Ability to handle both high-volume and hard-to-fill positions

• 2 monitors | i5 / i7 processor or equivalent | 12GB RAM+
• High-speed internet
• Headset with mic | Quiet office
