Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled AI Expert to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative Artificial Intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Software Engineering, particularly in the field of Generative AI. They will be responsible for designing, architecting, and developing autonomous AI Agents that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and advanced techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). The successful candidate will also develop full-stack applications that support and interact with AI Agents, using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js. Additionally, they will explore and experiment with emerging technologies and frameworks in the agentic space, fostering innovation and shaping best practices within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop autonomous AI Agents, utilizing LLMs and RAG; Develop full-stack applications that interact with AI Agents, leveraging JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js; Explore emerging technologies and frameworks in the agentic space, driving innovation and improving processes; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI Agent behavior, capabilities, and goals, translating business requirements into effective solutions; Ensure code quality through rigorous reviews, testing, and documentation, while mentoring other engineers on best practices.
