  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers

  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on progress to stakeholders
What is Required
  • 10+ years of experience in recruiting within software companies across multiple disciplines
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS or similar applicant tracking systems
  • Proven ability to source and engage top talent in a competitive market, particularly in generative AI
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills for managing multiple requisitions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates and hiring teams
How to Stand Out
