RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Lifecycle Management

1. Monitor and execute the lifecycle of internal organizational projects.
2. Address all knowledge areas of the Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, and Control process groups.

Scope and Communication Planning

1. Provide support in constructing detailed scopes of work.
2. Facilitate connections and integration among business units (stakeholders) through a communication plan.

Project Execution and Monitoring

1. Track planned work execution, managing:
   1. Quality of deliverables.
   2. Performance against proposed objectives.
   3. Costs and information integrity.
   4. Adherence to agreed schedules.

Strategic Partnership and Decision-Making

1. Collaborate with strategic levels by focusing on results and process-oriented thinking.
2. Define project priorities, importance, and urgency.

Risk Management and Improvement Proposals

1. Identify potential risks proactively.
2. Develop improvement proposals and corrective plans.

Team and Stakeholder Mediation

1. Act as a mediator between the operational team and senior management.
2. Efficiently oversee projects and address partner needs by presenting relevant business unit information.

Business Growth and Continuous Improvement

1. Support company growth by:
   1. Organizing and prioritizing initiatives.
   2. Providing consulting, recommendations, and activity follow-up.
   3. Assisting in implementing continuous improvement actions.

Contribute to organizational success through:

1. Solid analysis.
2. Strategic guidance.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

MUST HAVE:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Production Engineering, or other related fields.
2. Post graduation or MBA in Project Management, Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP).
3. 3 years of experience in project planning and control.
4. Advanced English – Writing / Reading / Communication.

NICE TO HAVE:

1. Schedule management, Project integration management, Proficiency in agile, hybrid, and traditional methodologies, tailored to the nature of the project.
