Supply Chain and Logistics Job Summary Process requests for positions and provide support for supply chain, sourcing (strategic acquisition), cost and price analysis, and the creation of contracts/purchase orders. Perfil Da Vaga / Atividades Work with master planners on planning needs; establish purchase orders in batch and inventory according to inventory policy. Support improvement solutions for supply chain process. Maintain and support the supply chain application systems. Ensure execution of orders and scheduled plans to meet material availability to satisfy production plans. Resolve supplier issues to ensure material availability, maintaining the lowest possible inventory. Work with buyers, programmers and production control to ensure material availability at point of use, as well as alignment of inventory accuracy and planning parameters with the plan/strategy for each part. Habilidades Business Process Improvement: Knowledge of best practices and ability to use methods to identify, evaluate, introduce, and implement more efficient approaches. Analytical Reasoning: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions. Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of decision process and associated tools; ability to analyze situations precisely and make informed decisions. Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques to recognize, anticipate, and solve organizational or process problems.
