**About the role**:
We are looking for a professional to be the initial point of service for our demands regarding the product and processes we transact, welcoming those who seek this support (doubts, corrections, improvements), as well as performing the service of low and medium records/calls complexity.
**About the team**:
We are responsible for providing solutions to VTEX's financial and growth teams. These solutions include empowering them to create VTEX stores, charging clients, and ensuring that each step of the client payment lifecycle is verified. We also make available multiple reports in order to assure that the company has the right data to make informed decisions.
**Who you are**:
- You have good communication skills and interpersonal relationships - as you will perform service and many exchanges with our internal customers;
- You have a analytical profile, to detect problems and find the best solutions;
- You have a logical reasoning and understanding of synchronous versus asynchronous flows and their consequences (eg, understanding that the issuance of invoices is not instantaneous and why, steps involved in issuance, systems responsibility, etc.);
- You are proactive and curious to learn;
- You have familiarity with JSON structure (changing settings, understanding entities represented in this format, etc);
- You have already worked with Postman (or equivalent) to perform tasks that are only available through APIs (MasterData searches, document patches, Billing-specific features);
- You are capable of performing OpenSearch searches (audit logs, search for SAP integration attempts, error inspection, etc)
- (Nice-to-have) You can command line familiarity (for syncing Billing settings with S3, running scripts);
- (Nice-to-have) You have programming skills to be able to run simulations on the machine itself with the debugger activated at various points and understand why a certain operation is working (to investigate when the simulated value of a charge is different from what was expected, for example).
