**Job Summary**:
**Main responsibilities**:
- Analysis and consolidation of reports from the Brazil unit and others in different countries;
- Controlling and analyzing internal processes and controls;
- Actively participating in budget control and strategic planning;
- Collaborate in reducing costs and expenses;
- Preparing management reports and economic viability analyses;
- Supporting project management and investment control;
- Assisting in the implementation and auditing of compliance and corporate governance rules.
**Requirements and Profile**:
- Full degree in Accounting, Economics, Actuarial, Administration, or related areas;
- Postgraduate degree would be a plus;
- Previous experience in the role of Financial Controller or related areas;
- Solid knowledge of the financial area desirable
- Ability to work in a team and lead projects;
- Communication and interpersonal skills;
- Mastery of the Office package and financial management systems desirable.
- **Reside in the Florianópolis region (mandatory);**:
- **Fluency in English (mandatory).**
**Type of Contract**: PJ (Legal Entity)
**Work Location**: Home Office with 1 day a week in person
