Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Delphi Developer to join an international team building robust, high-performance software systems. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with modern Delphi versions and a strong background in developing and maintaining RESTful and SOAP APIs. This is a hands-on development role, ideal for someone who enjoys working on backend architecture and API integrations within a scalable desktop application environment. ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain software applications using Delphi (modern versions preferred). Build and enhance RESTful and SOAP APIs for seamless integration with internal systems and third-party platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions. Optimize application performance and ensure scalability and maintainability. Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following best practices. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, test, and production environments. Requirements5+ years of experience in Delphi development (preferably with versions XE7 or newer). Proven experience in developing and consuming RESTful and SOAP APIs. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles. Experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle). Familiarity with multithreading, memory management, and performance tuning in Delphi. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in remote teams.
