Job Title: Poultry Marketing Manager LATAM

City: São Paulo/SP

As a Poultry Marketing Manager for LATAM you have the challenge of driving the region-specific initiatives to create additional value for poultry, addressing the main client needs and providing relevant a valuable solutions. You will lead the Poultry LATAM community on the development and implementation of marketing strategy & business plans of the Species at regional level (new and existing solutions).

Deep understanding of market and customers dynamics and be close to the Operating Units' Poultry teams providing them the adequate tools to achieve sales and profit targets for Performance Solutions in the Poultry segment.

Your key responsibilities

Create regional Poultry marketing planning and coordinate cross-functional regional/local teams to execute it according to the defined calendar. Work on and develop a calendar of activity to engage Sales and Technical teams to increase lead generation, opportunities capturing and sales growth. Define region species & launch campaigns, coordinate artwork requirements and KPIs. Define specie specific Route-To-Market. Profitability - Responsible for close monitoring and control of budgets throughout year, % marketing spends, margins and ROI of marketing activities. Provides key input to Global species initiatives and rollout the marketing poultry campaign adapted to the region needs. Coordinate new product launches with global, product managers and operating units.

You Bring

University degree in Business Administration, Mktg and Communication, Veterinary, Animal Science or Agronomy Post graduate degree in marketing / business management preferred. Languages – Portuguese (advanced or native), Spanish (advanced o native), English (fluent - required) Marketing experience in Industry, B2B Marketing and Strategic Planning skills to have the ability to develop specific plans and goals to help in accomplishing tasks efficiently. Ability to work under pressure and tight schedule. Strong organizational skills to deliver multiple projects to deadline and budget.
