Sobre essa oportunidade Como New Customer Program Representative, você fará parte de uma equipe dedicada a proporcionar uma excelente experiência para nossos novos clientes, oferecendo suporte, atendimento com empatia e disposição para administrar diversas responsabilidades que podem variar de acordo com as necessidades do negócio. Nesta posição, você irá... Auxiliar clientes com solicitações relacionadas a serviços, consultas, dúvidas e oportunidades, garantindo uma experiência positiva. Manter registros atualizados de atendimentos, ações realizadas e rastreamento de leads em nossas ferramentas. Organizar prioridades diárias, segmentar clientes e estabelecer contatos com áreas parceiras para facilitar o atendimento, sempre de forma oportuna, paciente, diplomática e profissional. Participar de projetos, treinamentos e eventos, mantendo conhecimentos atualizados sobre o segmento ortodôntico/dental. Executar outras tarefas atribuídas pela liderança conforme a necessidade do negócio. Para esta posição, você precisa... Estar cursando Ensino Superior em Administração de Empresas, Negócios, Marketing ou áreas similares. Ter no mínimo 2 anos de experiência em funções administrativas, de atendimento ao cliente ou suporte, preferencialmente no setor de saúde. Ter paixão por ajudar clientes, focando em soluções e resolução de problemas. Ser organizado, disciplinado e capaz de manter concentração. Ter afinidade com tecnologia, pensamento ágil e vontade de aprender. Ser proativo, flexível e ter habilidade para trabalhar em equipe. Habilidades de comunicação:Português nativo. Capacidade de interpretar documentos básicos. Habilidade para escrever relatórios de rotina e correspondências. Comunicar-se eficazmente com clientes internos e externos.
