This HR Operations Assistant role plays a central role in supporting diverse HR initiatives and ensuring data quality across critical workflows. The position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, such as reviewing personal and historical records, conducting system audits, supporting onboarding compliance, and coordinating attendance across our global teams. Responsibilities Manage Employee Personal Information: Extract and verify critical personal ID details (e.g., ID type, number, legal name, date of birth, expiry date) from high‑volume personnel filing reports with precision and efficiency. Conduct Historical Documentation: Audit employment records to confirm accuracy of personal and job‑related information (e.g., job title, work shift, exempt status), ensuring consistency with project requirements. Perform Document Quality Assurance: Perform quality control on internal documents following defined standards, flag inconsistencies, and ensure clear, actionable feedback. Evaluate System Permissions: Evaluate system permission records against actual authorizations, documenting any discrepancies thoroughly and reporting findings accurately. Oversee Onboarding Compliance: Oversee pre‑employment documentation (e.g., I‑9 forms) and coordinate necessary medical checks across the AMS region, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards. Time & Attendance Coordination: Manage daily timekeeping processes with accuracy, collaborate with department leads to reconcile overtime and attendance, and uphold company and legal attendance protocols. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Proficiency in English is mandatory for communication with global teams. Demonstrated experience in managing onboarding compliance (e.g., I‑9 verification), conducting quality and document audits, and building structured Quality Assurance processes with exceptional attention to detail and strong time‑management skills. Proficiency with HR Information Systems, database tools, and MS Office—especially Excel—and familiarity with employee attendance tracking or scheduling systems. Solid communication and collaboration abilities. Good understanding of personal data protection and labor compliance standards. This position is exclusive for People with Disabilities (PwD).
