The Role Lead social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) for both ongoing content and campaign launches, with a consistent brand voice. Build and manage a content calendar: ideation, scheduling, and content decks for new launches. Create and curate engaging and compelling short-form video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts), visuals and captions. Apply design and typography best practices to craft visually striking content. Monitor trends and cultural moments to keep the brand relevant and resonant. Track and analyze performance: use analytics and marketing data to optimize content and inform strategy. Collaborate with marketing and sales to deliver innovative digital storytelling. What We’re Looking For 3+ years in Marketing with a focus on Social Media & Creative Design. Strong command of typography, visual hierarchy, and design tools (e.g., Adobe CC, Figma/Canva). Strong command of English spoken and written language, with excellent copywriting skills and a flair for creativity. A creative storyteller with attention to detail and a passion for travel & brand building. Bonus: Well-traveled and knowledgeable about the U.S. and its territories; thrives in a collaborative, multicultural environment.
