About the role : We’re looking for a Digital Product Manager to own and optimize our Shopify ecosystem — the core of Autobrush’s digital experience. You’ll manage all site functionality, oversee development projects, and ensure the storefront runs fast, clean, and flawlessly across devices. This role requires someone who understands how CRO fits into the broader flow between strategy, design, and development. You’ll connect all the moving parts to make sure tests, builds, and updates launch quickly and smoothly. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s highly organized, technically fluent, and thrives on momentum. You’ll report directly to leadership, collaborate cross-functionally, and keep every digital initiative on track from concept to live. This is a full-time role (8 hrs/day) and the candidate is to work a flexible schedule within the hours of 9 am to 5 pm EST. You are: A Shopify expert who knows the platform inside and out A data-driven product manager who understands how to monitor and interpret site analytics A detail-obsessed project manager who thrives in fast-paced digital environments A strong communicator who connects developers, designers, and growth teams effectively A problem solver who identifies issues before they become blockers A self-starter who prioritizes speed, accuracy, and follow-through Someone who understands CRO concepts and can help translate strategy into technical execution You’ll be responsible for: Managing all Shopify development, updates, and integrations across web and app Translating CRO strategies and design concepts into actionable development tasks Overseeing QA, testing, and launch processes to ensure flawless site and app performance Tracking analytics, dashboards, and reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities Coordinating with cross-functional teams to align priorities and move projects fast Maintaining documentation, managing timelines, and keeping digital initiatives on schedule Supporting app-related setup, maintenance, and integrations connected to marketplace systems You’re not responsible for: Creating CRO strategy or running independent A/B tests Writing ad copy, email content, or managing marketing platforms Owning paid acquisition or brand campaigns Setting long-term creative direction You’ll thrive here if: You’ve managed complex Shopify builds or high-traffic DTC storefronts You love connecting data to decisions and tracking how site changes impact performance You’re organized, disciplined, and keep multiple projects on track without missing details You can translate technical updates into clear, actionable insights for the broader team You take pride in building systems that work, scale, and make users’ experiences better every day What Makes Us Special We care.
