Microsoft 365 & IAM Engineer Role Summary We are seeking a skilled and proactive engineer to manage, secure, and optimize our Microsoft 365 environment and Identity & Access Management systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with M365 services, Azure Active Directory, and IAM tools, ensuring secure and seamless access to enterprise resources. Key Responsibilities: Manage and support M365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune. Implement and maintain M365 security and compliance features (DLP, ATP, Conditional Access, etc.). Monitor service health, usage, and performance; troubleshoot and resolve issues. Automate tasks using PowerShell scripting. Administer and maintain Azure Active Directory (AAD), including user provisioning, SSO, MFA, and conditional access policies. Integrate IAM solutions with cloud and on-prem applications. Manage lifecycle of user identities and access rights across systems. Conduct regular access reviews and audits to ensure compliance. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in M365 administration and IAM. Strong knowledge of Azure AD, Active Directory, and M365 security features. Experience with IAM tools. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
