Responsibilities
  • Travel to various locations across the United States to assist with leasing properties
  • Conduct property tours and walk up to 3 miles per day
  • Implement leasing and marketing plans for apartment communities
  • Serve as a leasing agent, leasing apartments for approximately 35 to 45 consecutive days
  • Collaborate with property owners to provide top-quality property management solutions
Qualifications
  • Ability to travel 30-50 days at a time
  • No prior experience in the leasing or real estate industry required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to conduct property tours and engage with potential residents
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales roles
  • Familiarity with the multi-family housing industry
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and challenges
  • Positive mental attitude and enthusiasm for teamwork
