- Colaborar com as equipes de marketing, vendas e atendimento ao cliente para entender as necessidades e objetivos do cliente.
- Criar relatórios e dashboards detalhados para comunicar insights e resultados de forma clara e eficaz.
- Monitorar e analisar KPIs e métricas de desempenho de campanhas de marketing.
- Identificar áreas de melhoria nos processos de coleta e análise de dados.
- Analisar profundamente dados de feedback de clientes para identificar pontos de melhoria e oportunidades de inovação.
- Criar relatórios visuais para a liderança, destacando os principais insights e recomendações.
REQUISITOS:
- Formação em Estatística, Matemática, Ciência de Dados, Administração, Marketing, Comunicação ou áreas relacionadas SERÁ UM DIFERENCIAL
- Conhecimento avançado em ferramentas de análise de dados e BI (como Excel, Google Analytics, Power BI).
- Habilidade comprovada em análise de dados e interpretação de resultados.
- Experiência com CRM e coleta de dados.
- Fortes habilidades analíticas e atenção aos detalhes.
- Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência na área
