Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the Quality Laboratory team to ensure compliance with safety, quality, delivery, and cost requirements.
  • Manage incoming materials, production, metrology, customer complaints, and audit processes.
  • Lead supplier approvals through SPAP, ensure proper functioning of control devices, and develop technical improvements.
  • Prepare procedures and reports, manage calibration laboratory activities, and ensure confidentiality and customer property protection.
Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Operations (Quality, Industrial Engineering, or Production).
  • 3 to 5 years of management experience (flexibility for internal recruitment).
  • Experience in project management.
  • Ability to apply Lean Manufacturing concepts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technological field.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Knowledge of lean tools, statistical analysis, and measurement uncertainty.
