Responsibilities Coordinate the Quality Laboratory team to ensure compliance with safety, quality, delivery, and cost requirements. Manage incoming materials, production, metrology, customer complaints, and audit processes. Lead supplier approvals through SPAP, ensure proper functioning of control devices, and develop technical improvements. Prepare procedures and reports, manage calibration laboratory activities, and ensure confidentiality and customer property protection. Requirements 3 to 5 years of experience in Operations (Quality, Industrial Engineering, or Production). 3 to 5 years of management experience (flexibility for internal recruitment). Experience in project management. Ability to apply Lean Manufacturing concepts. Bachelor’s degree in a technological field. Advanced English skills. Knowledge of lean tools, statistical analysis, and measurement uncertainty.
