We are an exceptional team, focused on understanding and supporting consumer and customer needs, harnessing new technology, and scaling growth opportunities. What you'll do: Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a complex product area. Lead cross-functional teams, driving clarity and collaboration to ensure feature delivery with high quality and velocity. Build and manage product roadmaps, aligning them with strategic goals while balancing stakeholder priorities. Act as the voice of the customer, identifying pain points, and advocating for user-centric solutions. Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and commercial teams to define requirements and deliver value. Gather and analyze data, user research and market analysis to inform product decisions. Write detailed business requirements and user stories for clear communication with the development team. Monitor and communicate product performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions. Participate in technical discussions to understand system integrations and APIs. What you'll need: Experience in product management or a relevant industry, with bonus points for domain expertise in e-commerce and AI. Experience in data product management, recommendation algorithms, AI product management, or technical product management. Fluent in English and Portuguese to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse and senior stakeholders. Proven experience in driving business outcomes via high-quality product discovery and value capture measurement. Data-driven decision maker via querying (SQL), utilizing analytic tools (Mixpanel), benchmarking, and UX research.
