Role

The GHL Expert / Sales Assistant will play a critical role in supporting Publicity For Good's sales team by leveraging GoHighLevel (GHL) expertise to streamline processes and enhance client interactions. This position ensures the sales pipeline operates efficiently through meticulous system management, preparation of client materials, and proactive coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and adept at using GHL to drive sales success while maintaining a client-focused, purpose-driven approach.

Responsibilities Sales Support & GHL Management
  • Configure and maintain GHL workflows, automations, and CRM tools to optimize the sales pipeline
  • Update and manage the sales calendar within GHL for accurate scheduling
  • Prepare client onboarding and renewal materials using GHL templates and tools
  • Organize and maintain client data and folders within GHL for seamless access
  • Conduct lead research and input findings into GHL to prepare sales team for prospect meetings
  • Troubleshoot GHL-related issues for smooth team operations
  • Review and manage incoming prospect applications, ensuring accurate tagging, qualification, and follow-up workflows are triggered
Communication & Coordination
  • Monitor and manage sales-related emails within GHL, responding or delegating promptly
  • Coordinate with prospects and internal teams using GHL's communication tools to ensure timely follow-ups
  • Facilitate professional and consistent client interactions on GHL's messaging and automation features
Reporting & Organization
  • Update lead trackers and sales KPIs daily within GHL dashboards
  • Contribute to weekly commitments, 30-day objectives, and 90-day goals aligned with team targets
  • Optimize GHL systems to enhance team efficiency and data accuracy
Results
  • Ensure sales team is fully prepared for prospect and client interactions with accurate, GHL-driven insights
  • Sales email templates are managed promptly and professionally within GHL
  • Ensure that lead tracking and KPI dashboards are updated daily with precision
  • Sales operations are streamlined through efficient use of GHL's automation and CRM tools
  • Client onboarding and renewals are executed flawlessly using GHL workflows
Requirements
  • Proven expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL) setup, workflows, automations, and CRM management
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for both client and team interactions
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar), and familiarity with GHL integration
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment, both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
  • Goal-driven, with the ability to manage short- and long-term deliverables and priorities
