Are you a skilled ServiceNow ITOM professional looking to take your career to the next level? We have an exciting opportunity for a Consultant/Developer to join our team in Sao Paulo or Curitiba. Job Description The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing IT Operations Management solutions using ServiceNow. They will work closely with our ITSM and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and service continuity. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement ITOM modules: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB Health. Develop automation strategies using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Orchestrator. Collaborate with stakeholders to align platform investments with business goals. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM modules, as well as experience with SLO/SLI, DataDog, Azure, and cloud infrastructure monitoring. Required Skills: Strong programming skills in JavaScript and PowerShell. Proficiency in scripting, API integrations, and platform analytics. Experience with certifications such as CSA – Certified System Administrator and CIS ITOM – Discovery, Event Management, or Service Mapping.
